3. Sleep Well

Sleeping properly relaxes your body and works as a healer. Also, if you are sleeping less than eight hours a day, then you might age sooner than those who sleep for more than eight hours. Sleep deprivation not only causes hormonal changes but also gives you more wrinkles.

4. Eat Fruits & Vegetables

We intake sodium in our body generally from table salt but our body cannot utilize the sodium from inorganic sources. Thus it is advised to get sodium from the foods such as sea salt, apples, red cabbage, turnips, dates, lentils, chickpeas, carrots, parsley, kale, fish, beets, greens etc.

Also, eating fruits and vegetables regularlyincreases amount of various nutrients in our body which is why you should consume them on a daily basis.

5. Drink lots and lots of water

Our body is dependent on water for various activities like processing of food, detoxification and weight control. It is also believed that drinking water in good quantity makes the skin look younger and bright. Good quality water is either reverse osmosis or distilled. You can start with drinking two- three litres of water in a day.
