From time to time with the daily stresses of life we can wake up and feel tired after a couple of hours. When those times occur I take a melatonin at bedtime for a couple of nights and wake up feeling more rested. I think it makes for a deeper sleep.Overall Quality

"I really like this product. I've started taking it to try and get myself off of the over the counter sleeping pills. I have terrible insomnia and I have since I was a child. I can't sleep without some sort of aid and I didn't want to go back to the doctor for a prescription, so after seeing the reviews of Melatonin I decided to give it a try and I really do like this..Overall Quality

I was recommended to try this by my physician, as a precursor to trying prescription sleep-aids. I would be tired and want to sleep, but would not feel "sleepy" and be able to fall asleep once in bed. I have taken these for over a year when I feel that i won't be able to fall asleep- I take them about 1 hour before I want to go to bed, and it helps me feel sleepy.
