Searching For Products
Simply type in the name of the product that you are searching for at the top center of this page. The from the pull down menu, choose "products" and click "Go". You will then see a list of products relating to your query. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. If you cannot find a particular product using the search box, simply email us and we will try to stock the product for you. |

Place A New Order
Ordering is simple. All you have to do is go to your desired product and click "add to cart". Doing this will add that item to your shopping cart. From there, you can either continue shopping or "proceed to checkout". Once you have chosen all the products that you wish to purchase, just click on the "check out" button. Then all you have to do is either (if you are an existing user) enter your username and password or create an account. Once you have created an account, you can then proceed to the checkout area. All you have to do is decide how you would like your order shipped and click purchase. Within 2-3 seconds your credit card will either be approved or denied. Once your card is approved you can then print out the confirmation page and save it as your receipt. A receipt will also be emailed to you for your records. We allow you to "create your own account" so that you don't have to enter your billing information everytime you order. Creating an account, will also allow you to check on the status of your order or view previous order information. |

Place A Re-Order
If you have ordered from us previously and wish to order the same product(s), simply log into your account by clicking here. You will then be able to see all the past items you have ordered with us. Select the desired product(s) you wish to "Re-Order" and click "Add To Cart". You will then be asked how you would like the order shipped and walked through the rest of the checkout process. |

Edit My Order
If you have wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply call us at +91-80-26742339 or Mobile No. +91-9980207077 between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM IST (Monday - Saturday). If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to modify or change your order. |

Cancel My Order
If you have wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply log into your account and select your order information. You will then be given the opportunity to cancel this order (provided it has not already shipped). If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order. |

Create An Account
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all there billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it everytime. Users with accounts will also be able to view past orders and shipping status of all orders. To create an account simply select "Register" at the top bar. From their, you will be able to create a member account with us. Please note that for security purposes, we do not allow billing and shipping information to be from two different countries. |

When will my credit or debit card be charged for an order?
When you place an order with MyNutraMart.com, your card will be "authorized" for the entire order amount. For some credit cards this will appear as if it was an actual charge however, it is simply an authorization of us setting the funds aside in your account to capture when your order ships.
A credit card "authorization" is provided to merchants upon the initial order to guarantee that the merchant will be able to charge a credit card for the purchase amount when an order ships. This "authorization" will set aside funds on the card to cover the purchase that was made. A card "charge" is the actual transfer of funds from the credit card agency or bank to the merchant for the sale. If an order is not processed, the "authorization" will automatically be removed within 3 business days (depending on your individual bank) by the credit card company and those funds will be released back to your account.
*When using a debit card the authorization will freeze these funds in your account. MyNutraMart.com is not responsible for any bank fees associated with authorization of debit cards regarding checking accounts.
