How does Vista Nutrition’s Calcium 600 mg + Vitamin D work?

Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium and helps maintain healthy phosphorous levels in the body. It works with a number of other vitamins, minerals and hormones to promote bone mineralization. Cholecalciferol, also known as vitamin D3, is the most active form of calcium. It is manufactured by the body when the skin is exposed to the UV rays of the sun.
