Ingredients: Microcrystalling cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, gydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, triacetin, FD&C red No. 40, talc, carnuba wax and povidone.
Suggested Use : As a dietary supplement, take 3 caplets with 8 oz. water twice daily,once in the morning and again mid-afternoon. On training days, take one serving 30 minutes before your workout.
