MyNutraMart.com delivers at most locations within the geographical boundary of India. Currently we do not service international orders.
Delivery Charges - Free
Shipping is free at MyNutraMart.com for purchases above Rs. 500 irrespective of the goods weight, volume, fragility, value or location. Flat Rs. 50 will be charged for purchases below Rs.500 .You can also opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) option.
MyNutraMart.com ships the goods within 1-2 days of purchase made. Details like shipment date and date of delivery can be tracked in MY ACCOUNT section. An email with the order details and the docket/ AWB numbers is sent to the customers once the goods are shipped from our warehouse. Also, any unforeseen issue or delay is informed via special update Email/ SMS/ Phone call.
MyNutraMart.com dispatches all goods through a renowned courier partners chosen according to respective order or products sold on MyNutraMart.com .You can track your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
MyNutraMart.com provides cash on delivery option only for orders amount less than Rs 10,000/-. COD is provided free of charge. Pay ONLY CASH to the delivery boy. When someone fails to accept the COD parcel, MyNutraMart.com reserves the right to discontinue the option of COD for that particular account.
Unforeseen situations may arise during delivery despite the highest level of care taken by us and efforts put in by our shipping/ courier partners. MyNutraMart.com promises to resolve your problems at the earliest to facilitate a smooth shopping experience for you.
An email with your shipping and order information is sent to you after your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track your parcel’s progress via MY ACCOUNT section. If you are unable to track any information regarding your package/ parcel, please send us an email at orders [at] mynutramart.com or call us at our customer care numbers.
Broken/ Damaged Parcel
All parcels shipped are wrapped with security tape which should be intact and visible. If you receive your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email at orders [at] mynutramart.com or call us at 080-26742339 stating your refusal within 3 days of orders received.
All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of the purchase by sending order cancellation email at orders [at] mynutramart.com . MyNutraMart.com will notify the customer on order cancellation status via sending email to their registered e-mail ID with MyNutraMart.com
